- Place an Order and Pay a Deposit
The client selects the desired service and pays a deposit through HAMLET MAINTENANCE LTD. The deposit is used to initiate the project; after payment, the client enters the needs assessment phase.
- Discuss Specific Needs
Upon receiving the deposit, we will contact the client to understand the property type, installation area, type of air conditioning or heating system, quantity of equipment, installation location, and other relevant requirements. Based on the actual situation, we will confirm the project needs.
- Confirm the Project Plan
Based on the communication results, we will confirm the specific service content, installation scope, equipment and material requirements, and total project cost. If the total project cost exceeds the deposit paid, the remaining balance will be paid according to the payment arrangements confirmed by both parties.
- Schedule an On-Site Installation
After confirming the project content and cost, we will negotiate a suitable on-site installation date and time with the client. The final appointment time will be determined based on the client’s schedule, the installer’s availability, equipment supply, and site conditions.
- On-site Installation
We will proceed to the customer’s designated location according to the confirmed project details to install the relevant equipment, complete the necessary connections and construction work, and maintain the construction area as clean as possible to minimize disruption to the customer’s daily life or business operations.
- Installation and Testing
After installation, we will conduct necessary inspections and operational tests on the relevant equipment and systems to confirm that the installation work has been completed within the agreed scope.
- Project Delivery

Service Time
After deposit payment, we will typically contact the customer within one business day to discuss their needs. Once the needs are confirmed, on-site installation will usually be arranged within 3–7 business days. Simple installation projects can usually be completed within one day; for larger residential, multi-split, or commercial projects, the construction time will be determined based on the actual scale and site conditions.
From deposit payment to installation completion, a normal project typically takes approximately 5–10 business days. The exact timing may be affected by equipment supply, site conditions, customer confirmation time, and appointment schedule.
